How do I place an order?
Browse our collection at amberall.com, select your size, and add to cart. Checkout is quick — we accept all major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after.
Do Amberall shoes run true to size?
Yes, our shoes are designed to fit true to size. However, fit can vary slightly depending on the style — any specific notes are mentioned on each product page.
My order confirmation email hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, email us at support@amberall.com with your name and the email address used at checkout and we'll look into it.
Is it safe to pay on amberall.com?
Yes. All transactions are processed through a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your full card details.
Do you offer instalment or buy-now-pay-later options?

SIZING & FIT
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a size guide with measurements in both EU and UK sizing. We recommend measuring your foot length and referring to the guide before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
How much is shipping and how long will it take?

Are your shoes wide-fit friendly?
Our shoes have a naturally relaxed, roomy fit compared to most performance footwear. If you have particularly wide feet, we recommend checking individual product descriptions or reaching out to us at support@amberall.com before purchasing.
Can I wear Amberall shoes without socks?
Absolutely. Our shoes are made with breathable, natural materials designed to be worn barefoot or with socks comfortably.
Are your shoes suitable for wide feet or people with flat feet?
Our shoes offer a relaxed toe box and flexible sole that works well for a variety of foot shapes. If you have specific concerns, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

What materials are Amberall shoes made from?
We use sustainably sourced natural fibres and recycled materials — including natural wool, plant-based components, and recycled content where possible. Full material details are listed on each product page.
Are your shoes vegan?
Some of our styles use natural wool, which is not vegan. We clearly label which products are fully vegan on each product page. We are actively expanding our vegan range.
Are your materials ethically sourced?
Yes. We work only with suppliers who meet our ethical and environmental standards. We believe sustainability starts before the shoe is even made.
Do you use virgin plastic in your packaging?
No. Our packaging is made from recycled or biodegradable materials. We are committed to zero virgin plastic across our entire supply chain.
Are you carbon neutral?
All Amberall shipments are carbon neutral. We also plant one tree for every pair sold as part of our ongoing environmental commitment.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery takes 2–3 business days. Processing time is 1–2 business days before dispatch.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders above a minimum threshold.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Available regions are shown at checkout. If your country isn't listed, contact us at support@amberall.com.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

How do I clean my Amberall shoes?
We recommend hand washing with cold water and a mild soap. Gently scrub with a soft brush, rinse, and air dry away from direct sunlight or heat. Do not machine wash unless stated on the product care label.
Can I put my Amberall shoes in the washing machine?
Some styles are machine washable on a gentle, cold cycle inside a laundry bag. Check the care instructions on your specific product page before doing so.
How do I dry my shoes?
Always air dry. Avoid tumble dryers, radiators, or direct sunlight as heat can warp the sole and damage natural fibres.
How long do Amberall shoes last?
With proper care, our shoes are built to last. Natural materials age beautifully with regular use. We recommend rotating between pairs to extend the life of each.
How long do Amberall shoes last?
Yes, most Amberall styles come with removable insoles, making them easy to clean or replace with custom orthotics.
